Do you know you have a superpower?
We all have some kind of superpower that is hidden from view.
Confidence is a superpower that radiates from within. Those who possess unwavering self-assurance inspire others and make a lasting impact. Their inner strength and belief in themselves shine through, encouraging others to do the same.
Superpowers not only help individuals shine on the outside but also empower them to positively influence the world and make a difference in the lives of others.

Chiara Barbera is the Founder and Director of Experience Assaggio. Chiara is bringing Italian traditions into your home and sharing the passions she has wanting to preserve a culture while her Nonni's are still alive.
Chiara says she is actually also very excited to add that they have gone beyond cooking now it's all about capturing traditions and celebrating Nonni. In addition to cooking, they have also got, gardening and pastimes as our two latest categories. So yes, it's very exciting, it's growing perfectly.
What do you think your superpower is, or what do you think other people see you as?I would say my superpower is connecting with Nonni, with grandparents, specifically Italian. I think also exploring. My curiosity and my tendency to always want to explore. I think that it really connects me to my grandparents who are of Italian descent, specifically my Italian grandparents in Italy I just love listening to like their stories.I grew up with four grandparents and I think they shared all of their knowledge with me, and as I got older, I just developed this curiosity of where they came from and, the culture that they kind of instilled in me. I think as a result of that, every time I meet a grandparent, I'm like, oh, this person must have a fascinating story. I would say that's my superpower.
Your superpower is the curiosity to find out more about your Italian heritage and tradition and to share that with the world, not just with your own culture, but share that experience with the world so that they can enjoy what you do.
The Italians, don't just cook a meal. They cook the meal, they sit around the table, and they have a conversation. The meal's finished, or maybe the food's gone. Most of the time, they continue that conversation. So it's bringing people around the table to reconnect because we've lost that.
Here in Australia, everyone is so busy and they might sit for five minutes and eat their meal, and then they get up and they go and do whatever. But, Italians, make their meal last for hours and it's a pleasure and enjoyment. So with your superpower, you bring out that energy, you bring out that experience, that curiosity for other people to want to experience.
And how blessed are you to have grown up with four grandparents, parents, and Nonni's that are willing to stand there while you record them and share their magic of cooking?
I'm incredibly blessed, but I think you really touched on something, Faye, that I didn't even realize before coming to this conversation.
I think you're right. I think my superpower is being able to share that as well. And I think that's something that I've noticed in my travels just even talking to people, I love being able to share. You know, the experience that I've gone through and that's all about love and connecting with people.I lost my grandfather when I was young. And ever since then, I've been making friends with lots of grandfathers, Italian grandfathers that I meet. I think one of the things that I love the most about going to my Nonni's house is that I connect mostly with my grandparents. Nonni you show up, and that's all they want.
They just want you to be there, and it doesn't matter who you are, or what you do, just the fact that you're sitting there and you're giving them five minutes of your time could be more, could be less. They're just so grateful and so appreciative. And there's nothing else. It's not complicated.
Listen to Chaira and how she expresses her gratitude for her Nonni's and the traditions of Italy...

Peter Hursey had a bit of a health journey with chronic fatigue and a few things happening to me over my life that's led me down some paths where I needed to get myself well and finding no answers in modern medicine.
I had to do a lot of research myself and work out how I was going to fix myself. This led me to all sorts of healing practices and really looking at the things that hold your health back.
As The Property Wellness Doctor, I look at stresses in our environment, both human and natural stresses that affect our physical being and our wellness, our mental health, and emotional stresses. I also look at our consciousness and how we view the world. They all come together to make a package that makes you well. We all have stresses in our lives that we don't realize what those stresses are, but they don't necessarily have to be stressors within the body or within the mind.It can be outside that our environment. How did you discover that our environment can make us unwell? What was the contributing factor to your wanting to get well?
I'm an Aries a person who doesn't give it up easily and I had a life that I loved. At the time, I was a very fit person and very active and then to become a couch potato I just wasn't going to have that. So I became very determined I think if you actually break it down Faye my superpower is a question mark. And the question mark, in fact, is that I question everything around me. I don't take anything at face value anymore. I question everything.

The Woman Independent Vision...
Today's guest is Pat Grosse, the Community Entrepreneur. Pat works with committees or community groups and business owners to sort out what they want to achieve and build the process around it. This can be used for business growth, strategic and project planning, and building a case for funding.
Pat, my question to you is, what is your superpower?
The power of knowing. It's an intuition, and what that translates to is that I can get to the problem just by intuitively eliminating what I call the noise.
I love it if somebody comes to me with a question about something they want to do because I work in the grant space they come to me with an idea. They've got some funding so they can actually engage my services. And it's not just in the grant space now. It's about the process development as well. They've got all these ideas. Their heads are everywhere. And I say to people, I want your verbiage. I don't care what you write.
Put it down on paper. I can see right through that straight away and I go bang, bang, bang. Solution. Okay.
Can I ask that question then? Is it intuitive to you when you walk into a space and there are people sitting around is there something that you actually sense before any spoken word? Not necessarily. No.
It's not in the professional sense. Probably not. But you've probably touched on something. My brother would say yes. My brother would say, it's something I've inherited from my father, and he was quite jealous of it.
There is an intuition there because when you go into a business, you have the ability, the superpower, as we are talking about to see things.
