Welcome. I'm Faye Waterman, the Conversation Curator and Storyteller. Today on What's Your Superpower, podcast, I have the amazing Jennifer Fiedler.
Jennifer is a motion picture survivor, confidence coach, filmmaking mentor, F1 racing fan, and author of Cosmic Bitch-Slap. The film industry is one of the most brutal, competitive, and toxic work environments known to man. While working in this unique industry, she developed a serious addiction to the mind-blowing exhilaration and the non-stop excitement that can’t block out the toxic nature of what goes on every single day. After almost 20 years, Jennifer’s arms got tired of holding all that toxicity at bay, and knowing she was burned out, she dropped out to pursue a radically different course resulting in an epic adventure spanning four continents and more than nine years. Cosmic Bitch-Slap is the book Jennifer wrote about how she gradually discovered that her big bag of sharp shiny moviemaking tools could successfully be put to use in other contexts. It’s a true story that’s a parable about all the things we don’t know we already know and simply can’t see. A terminally curious truth speaker with a gift for communicating, possessed with confidence, at ease with risk, and comfortable with uncertainty, one of Jennifer’s greatest joys in life is working with spiritually curious beings seeking their transformational adventure in self-discovery.

Pooja Kelkar is a Productivity Habit Coach who helps professionals and business owners better understand their productivity through their behaviours and those of their teams. But first, she was a French Teacher.
In the classroom, she had the opportunity to observe her students and was fascinated by the impact of behaviours in dictating whether someone will learn and grow or resist and stay in their comfort zone. She was surprised to see after her career shift into the corporate world, working with Bupa, Westpac, and the like, that it is no different in a workplace.

Sheridan Morris's love of language was nurtured by her Dad, who, due to his family circumstances, hadn't received formal education beyond Grade 5.
It took some time for Sheridan to realise that she was a writer, as she had always taken her skills for granted. Then, one day, someone posed a question that struck a chord: “What is it you love doing, and when you do it, time just disappears?” It was in that moment of reflection that she recognised writing as her true passion.
Over two decades ago, when Sheridan established Well Said & Associates, she could not have foreseen how the landscape of business would evolve. In today’s whirlwind of communication, there exists a heightened demand for business owners to foster connections with their clients across various platforms.
